Tourism Site Fix - The Start
Steve, the owner of WebArtifice, helped Andy set up Tourism Site Fix. Andy had previously been a client of WebArtifice when he owned Wilderness Cottages.
Andy had had a great deal of success promoting his own business and he had also helped others promote their web sites on a "friendly" basis, he felt that he would like to take things a step further.
And so TSF was born.
What does WebArtifice do?
If you've had a look around this web site you'll have seen what we do but in relation to TSF is quite simple. TSF uses WebArtifice design, development and hosting services. TSF isn't in any way obliged to do so and it chooses the best solution for its clients. Sometimes TSF require a service or price level that we are unable to provide; in such cases they use other providers.
WebArtifice may offer SEO support to TSF if they request it, but normally TSF handle all SEO work for their clients.
What does TSF do?
TSF normally handles all online promotional and marketing services for their customers. It also maintains web sites and manages the services that it offers to clients. They may also take on design related work independant of WebArtifice.
Their client base is predominantly Scottish and TSF get passed all WebArtifice enquiries that come from north of the border. WebArtifice no longer trade independently in Scotland unless the contact comes via an existing client.
What does this mean for TSF clients?
There is really nothing to worry about and our services are completely transparent. If you are a TSF customer then any contract you have is with them. WebArtifice provide services to TSF on a sub-contractual basis. WebArtifice will never bill you for a service direct unless TSF discontinues with a service that WebArtifice offer - you will be informed beforehand if such a change was to occur.
TSF and WebArtifice have the same goal: - We aim to provide our clients with the best value for money service possible.
