This week we’ve launched our new online marketing website, and not before time. The old website no longer reflected our business or the services on offer so it was time for a change.

Some clients have been with us for many years and we’d like to reassure them that the service we provide for them won’t change. We are sure they’ll recognise that we were always more than a web design agency and that this new site more accurately represents our business.

Over the years we have built strong local alliances with service partners and we want to build on that so that we can continue to offer our clients the service that they deserve in a transparent fashion that makes commercial sense for us all. Going forward, although various parts of a project may be delivered by different local companies we all work as a team with Webartifice managing the project, ensuring that the plan is delivered on time and on budget. All our partners hold the same values as ourselves, with exceptional customer service being paramount – they will all go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

We also want to reinforce the “local” aspect of our business.  Our service providers are all local companies with local staff. We tried outsourcing many years ago but found that quality control was hard to manage and that differences in time zones and culture made communication extremely difficult.  While the initial benefits looked attractive, in the end we felt that outsourcing offshore was more hassle than it was worth. Not only that , we’d much prefer to have face to face meetings with people that we can build relationships with and we’d also like our clients to meet with the people that are working on their project. The upshot is that while we may not be the cheapest, we will be offering the best possible service – and we will be nowhere near the most expensive.
