SEO Consultant Bournemouth
Search visibility
for established businesses.
The most expensive mistake is fixing the wrong thing
Most businesses that come to me with an SEO problem have already tried something — a package, an agency, a period of activity that produced reports but not results. The problem is rarely that nothing was done. It is usually that the wrong things were done, or the right things were done in the wrong order.
My job is to work out which, and put it right.
Fix the right problem
Not just the most obvious one.
What I do
SEO consultancy means different things in different contexts. For established businesses with an existing site, it usually means one or more of the following:
Identify and fixing the problem
Identifying why a site that was performing has stopped — rankings lost, traffic dropped, enquiries dried up. Understanding whether a visibility problem is a technical problem, a content problem, or a positioning problem.
Working with your team
Working alongside a redesign or redevelopment to ensure search visibility is built in from the start rather than added afterwards.
Providing insight and guidance
Providing a clear picture of the competitive landscape — who is ranking, why, and what it would realistically take to improve your position.
I do not sell monthly packages or report on activity. The work is tied to outcomes — enquiries and sales — not metrics that are easy to produce but hard to act on.
Who this is for
Not for everyone.
I work with established, owner-managed businesses whose websites are underperforming — not start-ups building their first site, and not businesses looking for the cheapest option.
The work is more useful when there is already something real to work with: a business with customers, a reputation, and a track record that the website is failing to reflect.
